Scott joined the company in June 2019 and brings with him over 20 years of customer service, operations, business development and leadership experience where he has worked for various Fortune 100 companies along his professional journey. His passion for quality, customer satisfaction, process improvement and driving high performance is instrumental in helping the company remain focused on the critical priorities that matter most to our customers, our employees, and other key stakeholders. Scott enjoys listening to the voice of our customers to understand how they both enjoy using our products and services, as well as to learn how we can also be more adaptive and innovative to their everchanging needs. Scott also ensures that RealTime’s mission and core values are constantly in focus and placed at the center of our daily decision making processes.
