The Customer Solutions Executive will work closely with our valued prospects and clients while providing world-class customer experiences at every touchpoint. The Customer Solutions Executive will effectively present the suite of RealTime products to potential clinical research customers with both exceptional quality and expertise. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Customer Solutions Executive is responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

  • Generate and/or respond to leads; Follow-up to qualify, disqualify, nurture, and ultimately close opportunities. Expected lead gen activities include, but are not limited to:
    • Respond to requests for product overviews and demonstrations
    • Attend conferences and events as requested or needed
    • Generating lists and cold calling
    • Generate referrals
  • Present online sales demonstrations of various RealTime platforms and products
  • Maintain Sales pipeline and provide timely follow up with potential leads; Maintain proper documentation of all communication within the RealTime Sales Management system
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities and capabilities
  • Negotiate agreement language with the potential client and/or legal counsel
  • Communicate product or service opportunities and feedback gathered through customer outreach processes
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new business solutions for current and potential customers
  • Learn and understand RealTime’s go to market, key service offering, and sales strategies; be able to lead a walkthrough of RealTime’s standard corporate presentation with customers and prospects

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 2+ years of SAAS sales experience
  • Understanding of sales and marketing statistics, KPIs, and benchmarks

The Customer Success Specialist works closely with our valuable clients and provides world-class customer experiences at every touchpoint. In addition to providing amazing customer service, employee tasks include training new and existing customers, username, and password management, verifying user privileges, helping with navigation of our systems, and troubleshooting customer concerns. Additionally, the Success team provides support by communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Schedule and provide new and existing Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) training to customers
  • Provide timely and best-in-class customer service and technical support for current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct site system reviews and offer customers tips and suggestions on how to utilize Realtime’s software solution features better and more fully.
  • Educate customers on additional RealTime Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) product features available
  • Answer customer phone calls and assist with questions or issues they are experiencing. Create tickets and escalate issues to our development team for further research and resolution.
  • Share best practices and contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems. Improve processes and procedures to serve the customer better and/or improve productivity.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience

The RealTime Software Solutions Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing a professional relationship with new and existing customers to facilitate the usage/adoption of virtual solution products. Additionally, this role will conduct product demonstrations to new and existing clients to showcase features and discuss product upsell/usage opportunities. The Software Solutions Inside Sales Representative will proactively contact new and existing customers while tracking all contact outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Audit client systems (System Reviews) to identify ‘upsell’ opportunities or customers that have not activated lately
  • Identify first-time activations for eSOURCE and eDOCS and ensure that the site has been welcomed to the product, properly onboarded, and set up to succeed
  • Proactively establish communication with RealTime customers to identify and solve obstacles preventing the implementation of services
  • Educate customers on available system features
  • Track all customer contact attempts, follow-up, and outcomes, and present (at least weekly) progress updates to appropriate managers and RealTime leadership
  • Schedule and conduct system training and product demonstrations to new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with applicable product managers to facilitate customer needs and system implementation

This critical role serves as our Pay & Text subject matter expert for the product and its ongoing development.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Design and create new product development scopes of work (SOWs) and manage the product development life cycle in a Kanban and Agile environment
  • Improve the product by evaluating feedback from customers, performing competitive analysis, and contributing innovative thinking and ideas leading to new SOWs
  • Create user stories for new SOWs and develop user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation testing processes
  • Coordinate and participate in assigned projects, following the project from beginning to end to ensure that the project supports the attainment of company/client goals, including a timely, accurate, and quality deliverable
