Ryan joined RealTime in September 2023 as CFO, where he is responsible for outlining and optimizing the path for growth, forming new relationships, driving measurable value and establishing core financial processes and reporting procedures. 

As a former investment banker at Canaccord Genuity and a senior finance leader within publicly traded and private equity-backed companies, Ryan brings over thirteen years of corporate finance and leadership experience to RealTime. Most recently, Ryan spent over three years as an executive leader helping to scale a high growth cloud-based technology company offering software solutions to the behavioral healthcare industry. Prior to this, Ryan held multiple senior leadership roles over a six year period at a multi-national NASDAQ-listed company that provided leading edge geophysical data acquisition in remote areas. 

Based in Houston, TX with his wife and two young children, Ryan holds a finance degree from the University of St. Thomas and enjoys traveling, motorsports and soccer. Ryan is passionate about helping others to find their strengths and achieve their full potential.
