As we bid farewell to 2023, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had at RealTime Software Solutions. This year has been marked by innovation, growth, and a steadfast commitment to advancing clinical trial management. Here’s a look at our year in review.
RealTime continues to make an impact on the global stage, empowering clinical research site teams across the globe. From North America to Latin America, Europe to Australia, our platform stands as a cornerstone, streamlining clinical trial operations at over 2,000 clinical research sites worldwide. Our commitment to efficiency and innovation knows no borders. We’re proud to play a vital role in advancing clinical research on a truly global scale.
In 2023, we raised the bar in clinical trial technology. Our team worked tirelessly to introduce brand new product enhancements, ensuring that RealTime remains at the forefront of eClinical innovation. From eSOURCE to CTMS, eDOCS and ENGAGE! (participant portal + eConsent), we’ve introduced cutting-edge product updates, all designed to enhance user experiences within the system. And best of all, many of these updates came directly from our valued users! We appreciate the insights, suggestions, and collaboration from our customers. Their input has been instrumental in shaping RealTime into a solution that not only meets but exceeds expectations. As we continue to pioneer advancements in clinical trial technology, we’re eager to continue co-creating with our client partners.
Client Success Stories
This year has been marked by standout stories, like that of the University of the Sunshine Coast. Featured in our RealTime-eSource case study, they exemplify the transformative impact of replacing paper-based systems with eSOURCE technology. Moreover, leveraging RealTime-eSOURCE, their team notably increased the number of visits and studies per coordinator, resulting in substantial revenue growth.
Similarly, Revival Research embraced RealTime-SOMS, a total eClinical bundle solution. Their decision led to a remarkable 500% increase in revenue. This showcases the profound impact of adopting our integrated system which includes CTMS, eSOURCE, eDOCS, SitePAY, TEXT and ENGAGE! (participant portal + eConsent). These stories are just the tip of the iceberg. We look forward to continuing to help sites break new ground and achieve even greater success in the years to come.
Collaboartions & Partnerships
RealTime is renowned for our innovative clinical trial management solutions. Over the last year, we have united forces with Complion, a leader in eRegulatory document management for clinical research, and Devana Solutions, specializing in platforms for tracking and optimizing clinical trial performance. Accordingly, our strategic acquisitions of Complion and Devana Solutions are shaping the future of eClinical technology. By teaming up with other industry leaders, we’re bringing the best-in-class technology solutions, built for sites, to your fingertips.
Great Place to Work
Realtime has always thrived on collaboration, and this year was no exception. The acquisitions of Devana and Complion have subsequently brought together diverse talents and expertise under the Realtime umbrella. The synergy between the teams has enhanced our capabilities and fostered a culture of shared success. Alongside the talented forces from Complion and Devana, altogether, we’ve created a workplace that stands out for its commitment to innovation and growth.
A standout highlight from our year in review is our recent donation to the Oliver Patch Project (OPP), serving as a powerful testament to our unwavering support and belief that together, we can make a difference. The OPP is dedicated to bringing hope and joy to children facing pediatric cancer. The non-profit has introduced a free, fun, engaging platform where children, teens, and their families can connect through unique patches, crafted by artists and designers, made exclusively for them. This mission deeply resonates with RealTime’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond the realm of technology. Special thanks to our friends at the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) for consistently spotlighting the OPP throughout the year.
As we conclude 2023, we encourage everyone to get acquainted with the OPP and consider making a contribution of your own. For about $1 a day, your donation provides two kids the opportunity to feel the love and support throughout their entire cancer journey. Whether big or small, every contribution adds to the collective force driving better health outcomes for kids with health challenges.
